While scheduled classes are great to learn from others and soak up the collective energy, sometimes a 1-on-1 private class is better, especially if you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury, planning an event or simply wanting to go deeper into your practice. The benefits of a private session are that: you get more 1-1 attention, we can focus on the postures and techniques you find particularly challenging, we can go at your own pace, and really break down each and every pose as much as you like. Plus, you get the studio all to yourself!

    Da jeg skulle arrangere utdrikningslag for min beste venninne, som på dette tidspunktet var gravid, måtte jeg tenke litt utenfor boksen! Etter en fantastisk piknik i parken møtte vi Krissa for en privat yogaklasse. Vi ble tatt godt i mot og vi hadde studioet helt for oss selv. Krissa ledet oss gjennom ulike øvelser, noen enkle og noen litt mer avanserte. Hun hadde skreddersydd timen til min gravide venninne, og hun hadde hele tiden fokus på å sende gode energier til henne og babyen i magen. Krissa ledet oss rolig og behagelig gjennom timen og snakket varmt om hvor fantastisk det er å bære frem et nytt liv! Min venninne ble svært rørt og satte stor pris på denne yogaklassen!
