We are pleased to offer international shipping via Norwegian Post (for standard shipping) and Fedex International Economy (with tracking).
Prices are calculated automatically based on weight and destination (i.e. in Norway, to Europe, outside Europe) upon checkout.
We capture orders from Monday-Thursday and organise all our shipments to go out every Friday. Once your package is in the post, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Post (via Norwegian Post)
In Norway: 1- 5 days
To Europe: 3 – 10 days
Outside Europe: 7 – 20 days
Fedex International Economy
To Europe: 2-3 days
Outside Europe: 4-6 days
CUSTOMS & TARRIFS
We cannot guarantee that you will / will not be charged any customs taxes and duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international orders placed from outside of Norway.
We have a friendly return policy and want you to be just as happy with your purchase as we have had making them and dreaming them to life. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. We will do our best to make things right. Our policy usually lasts 30 days and will require a proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll then either issue a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, or exchange your item for another in our store.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, please contact email@example.com so that we can send your our mailing address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over US$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
