Want to advance in your yoga practice from the comfort of home? I am now offering private, 1-1 mentorship online via ZOOM. Each virtual meeting will last 60 minutes and will involve: time to discuss the day´s focus, warm-up, get flowing, cool down and review. The benefits of a private session are that: you get more 1-1 attention, we can focus on the postures and techniques you find particularly challenging, we can go at your own pace, and really break down each and every pose as much as you like. Although there will be no hands-on assists, my 500-hr teacher training with the Dharma Yoga Center in New York has taught me to use other ways of cueing and encouraging movement using clear verbal instructions and physical demonstrations. “Copy the teacher”, as we like to say!
