We will be practicing for a total of 90 mins and during this time we will be going through one of the Dharma Yoga sequences, with a special focus on Heart Openers ❤️ We will move through the usual Dharma flow, consisting of some vinyasa to warm up, standing postures, arm balances, inversions, backbends and twists. We will cool down with some guided savasana and finish off with some pranayama.
What to expect:
- Classes will be held online via ZOOM. Please download the app and make sure that it is working beforehand so you can access the class.
- If you plan to attend this class, please purchase your class pass by the deadline above (up to 1 hour before class) so that I have time to send everyone the class log in details in advance.
- For those that book prior to the day, class log in details will be sent via email (the one you use upon checkout). If you book last-minute (i.e. the morning of the class) you could be sent the access details via text / DM if that works our faster.
- The class will be automatically recorded for those of you that would like access to a private recording afterwards. If you purchase the class pass option with access to LIVE recording afterwards, this will be sent to you within 3 days.
- While virtual classes will never be the same as an in-person studio class, they have their own merits and advantages: you get to practice from the comfort of home, keep in touch with your yoga community, go at your own pace, give yourself an excuse to get up from your desk and invest in your continued well-being.
